We are about friends, family and fun. Our main focus is on grinding out our character's in Red Dead Online, we all help one another grow and we take part in some role play from time to time. We dont see ourselves and the good guy's nor the bad guy's. We protect our home and fight to the death for one another.
We also hire out as security protection for players running sell missions.

MUD,BLOOD,GUTS and GLORY
A true rider knows love, pain and shame but never cares about fame.
The rider must never shoot first, hit a smaller man or take unfair advantage.
Where the leather is scarred, there is a great story to tell.
Riders are gentlemen who treat people with respect and work hard.
A rider is a man/woman with guts and a horse.
True riders are the ones who aren't afraid to get dirty.
Real riders never run, they just ride away.
Learn this well, the last ride is never the last ride. And the end is not the end.

Gang Leader: CR x BigHoss
Leads the gang. Has final say on any and all matters involving the gang. Acts as a tiebreaker for any votes brought foward.

Gang L.T: CR x Waco
the L.T's job is to assists the Leader, leads when gang Leader isn't on and deals with all discipline within
the gang. Directs Greenhorns if no War Chief is online.

War Chief: CR x Jager
The WC advises the top two leaders on any gang related issues, leads the gang in battle against other gangs. Is Responsible for and filing battle reports and forwarding them to the Historian directs Greenhorns if no Body Guards online.

Trail-master:
The Trail-master plans all Club events. during events, the Trail-master is the ranking officer if the gang leader or L.T are not present. If either of the two arent at the event the Trail-master chooses a 'second' to assist with any needs while at the event

Historian:
Documents the life and living of the gang during this time and any events which occur.
Discusses and coordinates with other crews acts as the crew Rep to other crews, organizes sit downs peace talks.

Wrangler:
Wrangler's are the focal point for any and all Greenhorns. They are directly responsible for their welfare while they are in their Greenhorn period. It is the Wranglers' duty to ensure ALL Greenhorns receive any and all training they may need with the appropriate Officer. It is also the Wrangler's duty to ensure ALL Greenhorns are familiar with the rules of the Club, and who is who in the Club. The Wrangler must ALWAYS keep records of Greenhorns and all of their progress.

Body Guard: CR x Kazuto/ CR x Major
keeps the highest ranked member online safe at all times. during wars, stays with the highest ranked member on until danger passes. is responsible for directing greenhorns.

Scout: CR x Ender
The scout is the last member in line during any activity. Their main duty is to protect the event/members at any and all costs. If any members lose formation, or consequently fall off their horse, the Scout will immediately shout 'Rider Down!' and stop to assist them. The Scout also enforces riding safety to all Prospects towards the rear of the pack and coordinates them accordingly.


Ranger (Non officers) (Role)
A force of Crimson Riders who have undergone training in ambush tactics, convoy protection, and navigation. Disciplined and ready to engage and destroy enemies of the club. Alone or together they are capable of completing the mission and bringing victory to the club. Will only report to the LT, In addition thees few are moral leaders of the crew.



Rustlers (Non officers)
The Main body of the gang. Is referred to as fully patched member of the gang. will ALWAYS ride on missions ,will assist as needed and will report to War Cheif

Greenhorn Rules for Success
1. Greenhorns are to stay behind the gang leader.

2. Greenhorns are to acknowledge members when they come online.

3. Follow any and all orders given by Officers.

4. Absolutely NO killing ANY officer or full member. (unless situation dictates, or the member/officer states a exception to this rule)

5. Participate in any and all activities put froward by the gang as much as possible.

6. Remember, real life comes first. if any issue arises, and you feel it will hinder your progress within the gang speak to a officer ASAP.

7. Remember, even while you are a Greenhorn you represent the gang, whether solo or as a group. Set the example and always show respect.

8. Fire when fired upon. The gang operates a No Run policy if you're in a fight even if you are getting slapped you stay and fight ANY desertion from a skirmish will be dealt with.

9. Greenhorns while in war, will report to the senior most bodyguard online at the time. They will direct you in you duties during the fight if there is no body guards present report to the warcheif or the gang Lt.

Modus operandi image
All members are required when online to assist and aid a fellow member in distress. We are a family and will look out for each other as such. No member or greenhorn will fire on another player first. We are a helpful, community driven gang that strives to help low level players, solo players, or even smaller gangs deal with nuisance players or gangs. No member will ride with any other persistent posse outside of Crimson Riders unless instructed to do so by a Senior Officer. We fly one flag here. We operate a no surrender policy in battle. You will not flee the battlefield and give it to an enemy. Fight until they parlay or leave. This is especially important in our home territory of Big Valley.
Gang business is our own. No gang related topics will be discussed with anyone that is not a full member. Greenhorns will be informed on a need to know basis. The hierarchy will be respected. Those in key leadership roles are better trained to guide and direct you for the gangs best interest. The effort put forward by these individuals deserves respect. Members and greenhorns will respect one another at all times. Disagreements will take place however do not ever let it become personal as that is not who we are. Video proof is needed for allegations against a player or crew. The word of 2 other full members will suffice as well. Do not show up in the chat saying someone griefed you without proof. Hearsay is not evidence, we go by facts.
We are not a personal army for anyone outside of Crimson Riders or our allies. Your friend that is not a member or greenhorn does not rate our assistance in wars between their own factions. All members and greenhorns will be familiar with the chain of command and the responsibilities of these individuals. No rank below a War Chief is authorized to discuss terms of alliances or ceasefires with any other gang. There will be no hangarounds permitted. You’re either a full member, or a greenhorn working towards membership. 2 weeks absence without communicating a valid reason will result in termination. If you can’t shoot a text to keep us in the loop then we don’t need you in the loop. if you are terminated and return you will Greenhorn again When you pass the vote to become a member, you will adopt the “CR x __” GT Only if you wish to become a officer. You will have 2 weeks from promotion to officer to make this change. This is non negotiable.

Unlike most clubs, we do not have a label. This club is what you, THE MEMBERS, make it to be.
We are NOT a 'shoot first' club. We were founded on the premise of building a family, a community, a brotherhood...

GENERAL RULES
We respect the 1% rules and we expect them to be followed, especially around 1% Chapters or clubs unless stated otherwise.
These rules apply to EVERYBODY in the club. Abide by them at all times. Any queries, contact your S.A.A.

Members will wear their patch with pride at ALL times.

Members will ride only cruiser style motorcycles during Club events.

Members will only use AR's, Shotguns (Not automatic), and Pistols.

Members will attend Church, unless there is a reason preventing you from being there, at which point, let someone know!

Members will NOT use any weaponized vehicles, tanks, jets, or any military style vehicles.

Members do NOT kill other patches.
These rules apply to ALL Prospects. Failure to adhere to these will result in punishments being handed out, and potential removal from the club.

PROSPECT RULES

Prospects must wear their Prospect patch at all times, with the Brown Flat Front Cut.

Prospects will only ride the Bagger's.

Prospects do not vote.

Prospects do not attend Church unless stated otherwise.

Prospects are to learn and absorb all information provided by the Prospect Manager.

Prospects will always protect the highest ranked member online at the time.

Prospects do NOT enter the Clubhouse at ANY time, unless ordered to do so.

Prospects will listen to and understand all orders given by the SAA outside any events they are not taking part in.

Prospects ride at the back of the formation.

Prospects park together, AWAY from the patches.

Prospects will follow any and ALL orders given to them by a patched member.

President:
The President is the Leader of the Charter. All matters between the Club and any outside organisation or persons are brought to the President for him/her to take action on. The President does not make, or second any motions and only votes on actions where they would make a tie vote or break a tie vote. The President acts as a personal representative of the Club and judges all items not covered in the Rules.

Vice President:
The Vice-President supervises all plans for Club events and rides with those associated. They also relay any and all information between the President and the members of the Charter. The Vice-President is the second in command under the President and assumes all duties in the absence of the President.

Sergeant At Arms:
The SAA makes certain to uphold all Rules and Laws of the Club. The SAA ensures any and all orders are carried out as quickly and as efficiently as possible, as well as keeping order at Club events. The SAA is in charge of stripping patches and colours from members removed from the Club by resigning their patch, or by being expelled. The SAA protects and defends the Club members and is directly responsible for their safety. The SAA also acts as a personal bodyguard to the President and Vice-President.

Road Captain:
The Road Captain plans all Club runs and rides. When on runs and rides, the Road Captain is the ranking officer if the President/Vice-President are not present. If either of the two are on the run/ride, the Road Captain will ride up front with the President/Vice-President riding directly behind. He/She is in charge of enforcing all Club Rules while on a run/ride and chooses a 'second' to assist with any needs while on the run/ride.

Secretary:
the Secretary is the representative of the club and is tasked with talking to other mc's and setting up meets etc.
takes notes during church and keeps track of votes.

Prospect Manager:
Prospect Managers are the focal point for any and all Prospects. They are directly responsible for their welfare while they are in their Prospecting period. It is the Prospect Managers' duty to ensure ALL Prospects receive any and all training they may need with the appropriate Officer. It is also the Prospect Managers' duty to ensure ALL Prospects are familiar with the rules of the Club, and who is who in the Club. The Prospect Manager must ALWAYS keep records of Prospects and all of their progress.

Enforcers:
The Enforcer makes certain that the club laws and rules are followed by all members. He protects all of the patch holders and protects the club's reputation in any type of conflict. The Enforcer assists all members of the club in combat of any sort. Is in control of directing prospects and showing them the ropes.

Tailgunner:
The Tailgunner is the furthermost rear member during Club runs/rides. Their main duty is to protect the ride formation at any and all costs. If any members lose formation, or consequently fall off their bikes, the Tailgunner will immediately shout 'Omen Down!' and stop to assist them. The Tailgunner also enforces riding safety to all Prospects towards the rear of the pack and coordinates them accordingly.
